Refund and Returns Policy

We always thoroughly check our products before dispatch for delivery. There is no chance of delivery of any dispute. However, if a customer has a dispute regarding a product purchased from our online portal can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

In case of packaging issues, the mentioned product will be replaced after thorough checking by our Quality Control team, as long as the product reaches us in the company authorized product packet, and the tags are intact on the product.

 

Return Policy:

  • Customers must return any unopened items purchased from our online portal within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on our website within 48 hours from the day you receive your order. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 14 working days at no extra cost.
  • Please make sure that the piece is returned to us in the condition you received it in with the tags on. We do not accept returned product if the tags are cut off or the seal is broken (broken seal accepted in case of genuine Quality issue).
  • If you wish to exchange a product for another size in the same style, send us an email with proper proof right away so that we can keep that piece aside for you.
  • Our quality control department is rigorous & thorough but on a rare occasion it is possible that a human error has occurred. In such a case, please return the product back with labels & tags intact within 14 days from the date of receiving the order & we will send you a replacement. Send us an email so that we can keep aside a fresh piece for you.
  • Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to send the items back to us.
  • Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

Refund Policy:

  • If customers receive damaged or defective products, they must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Customers have to provide package opening video of the damaged or defect to assist with the return process.
  • Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to send the items back to us.
  • Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on the customer’s preference.
  • If customers are unsatisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may contact our customer service team to discuss a possible refund or exchange.
  • For all of the cancelled orders, payment will be processed within 5-7 working days and money will be refunded with the same mode of payment which was used while order placement.
  • Refund will be done through the same mode of payment which was used at the time of order placement.
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days, once we received the product.
