Free shipping applies to minimum purchase orders only।

The shipping policies mentioned below –

Free shipping charges on minimum purchase of Rs. 750/- for Kolkata and suburbs areas only.
For outside of Kolkata city and adjoining suburbs anywhere in West Bengal Shipping charges are free on minimum purchase of Rs. 1500/-.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery address and weight of the items, depending on the type of pricing charged by our courier partners.
A complete postal address including correct pin code, email id and contact number of the shipping address you provided is essential for us to deliver your order. Please do cross-check your pin code and contact number prior to your order completion.
If the ordered item is in our stock, it will be packed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 to 4 working days.
However, if some of the ordered items are not in stock, we will collect/manufacture them and arrange for them to be delivered within 8 to 10 working days of placing the order. In such circumstances we will notify you.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between 9am and 7pm Monday to Saturday.
